Premium Service Visit |
We will ensure that an engineer is at your site the next day. We will try to have an engineer on your
site by 11:00 am however due to road travel conditions we are unable to guarantee this arrival time.
An hourly rate of £ P.O.A. per hour will be charged for this service level, including travelling time
to and from your site.

Standard Service Visit |
We will ensure that an engineer is at your site within 3 working days. We will try to have an engineer
on your site by 11:00 am on the agreed day however due to road travel conditions we are unable to guarantee
this arrival time. An hourly rate of £ P.O.A. per hour will be charged for this service level,
including travelling time to and from your site.
On Site Repairs Service If you want your control equipment to be repaired at your own site we can arrange
for an on site repair. In this instance you select between the Standard and Premium Rate Service response times and the travel
times to and from your site are charged at this rate. In addition to this travel charge the Next Day Repair labour tariff is
charged for the Premium On Site Repairs Service and the Standard Repair labour tariff is charged for the Standard On Site Repairs
Service. As with repairs performed at our factory any significant components that have to be replaced as part of the repair
will be charged for separately. Overnight Accommodation If the site visit cannot be completed in a single day
then overnight accommodation expenses may be charged in addition to the other service costs.
