Plotting, cutting and creasing heads are implemented by configuring one or more of the
AMC axes to operate as automatic tangential axes.
NEE design and manufacture custom machine controllers to precisely suit the companies needs,
current controllers are based on NEE's multi-axis AMC's .
Maximizing the productivity of their machines is very important to the company. NEE's
Advanced Machine Controller range has the inherent performance needed to operate
the machines at the machines limit.
The company can also supply machines which automatically load and unload material using the AMC
integrated Programmable Logic Control 'PLC'. AMC inputs and outputs are used to automatically control
and monitor machine auxiliary functions. These are performed using macro PLC sequences, which are defined by the company using an NEE
' Event Subroutine Editor ',then transferred and permanently stored in the AMC's
flash memory. The macros are automatically executed as the respective events are encountered during machine operation.
The requirements of the companies customers and the applications which use their machines, continually evolve and expand. NEE's
product development engineers are able to enhance our products to meet these requirements.
The company, as part of their business processes, continually evaluate their purchasing options looking for more competitive or
higher performance machine controllers from other suppliers. They have not been able to find any which can provide the performance
their flexible machines need nor any which are less expensive.
