Each AMC-E motion controller set comprises of two connected printed circuit boards, an axis and system interface board, and a RISC
processor board. The system has an integral PLC which is easily configured using software supplied, to automatically control and monitor
machine operations such as cutter control and monitoring, dispensing control, laser control, automatic part loading and unloading, and
automatic tool changing.
AMC-E controllers are CE certified and some EMC immunity is provided. Full immunity will only be available when the boards are properly housed, when
correct shielded cabling is used, and when I/O is filtered. Combined with one of NEE's handpad options, or their HMI
panel design software, WinAMC® , the AMC-E is ideal for any sized machine builder.
The AMC family range document provides full technical specs of all our AMC machine controllers. Our engineers are available to modify or add features, as you require.

Your benefits include:
- Increased machine productivity ( 300% on 3D work is not unusual ).
- Can be used as part of a reliable PC based motion control system
- Smooth, accurate quiet machine operation giving precise parts
- The ability to use the system with a wide range of part generation and machine control software - we can even customise your software if you require
- The control can be used with a wide range of motors and drives. If required we can supply these items separately, including cabling, or in an integrated enclosure at very competitive prices.
- Numerous special options plus Expanded I/O are available to meet the demands of a wide range of applications. See our AMC family range document for details.
- Our systems are designed and built to perform faultlessly for years. They include optically isolated Axes, analog, I/O and RS232 and utilise indirect edge connectors.
- NEE perpetually invests in product development that results in frequent system improvements and upgrades.
- Output signals can switch on the fly, that is operate when the axes motors are running.
