We are confident that you'll
find that all of the motion controllers that we produce, are both easy to install and straightforward to use.
Due to the variety of experience that our customers have in control systems, we know that for the
first few days of use you may need help with some of the more advanced aspects of your system.

To provide you with this help we have a team of customer support staff, available throughout the working day, dedicated to
answering your queries. Once you have registered your product with us you'll receive 90 days of free access to this technical
support help desk.

All calls to the help desk staff will be logged on our computerised
help desk and every effort will be made to answer your queries as soon as possible.
Once this 90
days of free support has elapsed additional telephone assistance can then be obtained by registering for a
further 12 months help desk support for a small fee. This single payment allows you, or anyone
at your site, to up to 2 hours of telephone support from our very experienced help desk staff.
Training Classes
If you find the telephone help desk assistance is not enough to meet the needs
of your installation staff or operators, you can arrange for them to attend one of our training classes.
While covering the basic system functionality these classes are tailored to meet the needs of
those attending, ensuring that you leave with all of the information that you need to get the best results
from your control equipment.
We run training classes for all of our products, both at our factory
site and at our customers sites. Please contact one of our
sales team, for
the availability of the next suitable trainingsession.
Non UK Based Support
All of the after sales support structures mentioned above
are provided from our factory in the UK. Outside of the UK we sell our equipment through a number
of
distributors. Our distributors are selected because of their ability to sell our products but
more importantly their ability to support the products afterwards. For the full range of support
facilities provided by your supplier please contact them directly.
